Providing us with complete names and contact information for each member of your group at the time of purchase will allow us to issue each person with their unique, digital event ticket (wallet pass). This will ensure swift and easy check-in for your group when you arrive for the Seafood Extravaganza.

However, we understand you may not have this information available at time of purchase.

When purchasing your tickets, you can switch the “Ticket Delivery Method” to “Email” and enter your own email address for each person in your group. After purchase, you will receive an email for each member of your group with a link to download the digital event ticket (wallet pass). You can then forward each of these emails to the additional members of your group.

If you have not submitted names and individual contact info for each member of your group at the time of purchase, we do ask that you please email us at hello@seafoodextravaganza.com at least 1 week prior to the event to confirm the following for each member of your group:

• first and last name
• mobile phone number OR email address

Providing either an email address or mobile phone number for each member of your group allows us to issue each person their unique, digital event ticket (also called a “wallet pass”). This ticket, which can be downloaded to the digital wallet on your Apple or Android device, will be required for entry into the Seafood Extravaganza event.

Each member of your group will receive a unique download link via email or SMS prior to the event. This will allow each member of your group to download their own, personal digital event ticket (or “wallet pass”) to the digital wallet on their mobile device.

A wallet pass is stored in the wallet app on your Apple or Android device. It can contain useful information and send push notifications to your phone.

For the Seafood Extravaganza, your wallet pass will include a scannable QR code (your event ticket) and your table/seat information, along with other event details.

The Seafood Extraganza wallet pass will contain your unique digital event ticket. When you arrive for the event, this ticket will be scanned for entry.  Your wallet pass also offers other benefits including the chance to participate in our Tap to Win promotion, real time alerts regarding the event, information about the charities we are supporting, and more.

Depending on the ticket delivery method you chose, you will receive either an email or SMS notification to download your wallet pass. Click on the link and then follow the instructions below to download your pass.
